SITE SELECTION & CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

The NOW works with our exclusive real estate partners for site selection and negotiations. Franchisees are guaranteed secure favorable real estate terms including:

SALES & OPERATIONS

Each franchisee will receive expert guidance and ongoing sales support from The NOW’s operational team. From pre-sale strategies, to grand opening training, and beyond – the NOW team will work with franchisees to ensure they are hitting key metrics, driving membership sales, and growing the business. Franchisees will receive bi-weekly calls, financial reviews, and continuous interactive retail training as part of their operational support.

MARKETING & PUBLIC RELATIONS

Unlike most franchise organizations, The NOW Massage provides an experienced team that will manage and support your public relations, digital advertising, social media, influencer & ambassador engagement, content development, email marketing, reputation management and website optimizations.

TRAINING

Every new franchisee will be required to attend The NOW University in Los Angeles, where franchise owners and managers spend 4-5 days at The NOW’s corporate boutiques learning all the basics of payroll, gift card and membership sales, community programming and more. Following The NOW University, franchisees will meet with our Director of Education to help finalize the list of massage therapists invited to on-site training. 10 days before a franchisee opens, The NOW team will go to the franchisee’s boutique for pre-opening on-site training. The franchisee and their team will undergo extensive sales training and individual practice sessions to ensure the boutique’s success.

HR SUPPORT

To assist franchisees with local recruiting efforts, The NOW provides a personalized applicant tracking system which posts to 26 job boards, and works with partners like the International Spa Association (iSPA) and the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) to find the best talent for each franchisee. Franchisees also receive direct hands-on assistance and support by a member of The NOW executive team to ensure ultimate success in recruiting and team building.
